This set of black walnut boards was for a client. I really love the contrast of the tones of black walnut that are present here - the middle board came from a piece of walnut that was rather dark and has a gorgeous grain, and the other two boards are from walnut with a lot more variations in their color. What a delight this trio is!

Left board: Black Walnut, Edge Grain Cutting Board - Approx. 12"x18"x1.75"

Middle board: Black Walnut, Edge Grain Cutting Board - Approx. 10"x16"x1.75"

Right board: Black Walnut, Edge Grain Cutting Board - Approx. 6.875"x11.25"x1.25"

Next up is another Black Walnut Edge Grain Cutting Board I crafted. The natural variation of color that's present in Black Walnut is on full display here, in the name of a striped pattern. This board is absolutely stunning, and has incredible figure. It's approximately 12"x16"x1.5".

 

 

Next is a Cherry Edge Grain Cutting board that I also crafted. It's approximately 13"x18"x1.6".
