Welcome, dear adventurer! You've found your way to the heart of The Forest Goblin’s enchanted woodshop. Before we embark on crafting your custom woodworking treasures or before you choose a ready-to-ship piece from our collection, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the enchanted rules of our forest.

 

🛒 Website Orders (Non-custom):

🛍️ Purchasing:

  • Add items to your cart and follow the easy checkout process. Full payment is due at the time of purchase.

📦 Shipping & Delivery:

  • Ready-to-Ship offerings typically ship within 1-2 days. Delivery times for Made-to-Order offerings will be estimated upon purchase, depending on current volume of orders and lumber on hand. 
  • You can always reach out to john@theforestgoblin.com before ordering for lead times on Made-to-Order items. I'm always happy to try to accommodate, especially if these items are meant as gifts or for an occasion. 
  • You'll receive tracking details upon shipment.

 

🪵 Custom Orders

🌿 Ordering Process:

  1.  Reach out to Goblin: Begin by sharing your idea through the Custom Order Form.
  2.  Consultation: Within 1-2 business days, I'll personally reach out to you to discuss the details.
  3.  Agreement: An agreement outlining your project specifics, pricing, timeline, and payment terms will be provided.

🧾 Payment Terms:

  • Full upfront payment required upon agreement signing and before production will begin.

🔮 Cancellation & Refunds:

  • All custom orders are intentionally handcrafted uniquely for you, making them final upon contract signing. No refunds are available after signing.

🍄 Alterations:

  • Small adjustments, if requested, may be possible at my discretion during production, potentially incurring additional costs. Significant changes may require adjustments to your quote and timeline. Some may not be possible depending on the stage of production your order is in.

🌳 Timeline & Delivery:

  • You'll receive estimated timelines at the outset. While I keep things running smoothly, unforeseen circumstances occasionally pop up—I’ll always communicate clearly should delays arise. You'll receive some behind-the-scenes photos/videos of your items in creation and be kept up to date on the progress of the work and delivery.

🍂 Goblin Warranty:
  • All handcrafted items from The Forest Goblin come enchanted with a 3-year guarantee from the date of purchase, covering structural integrity and workmanship under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental harm, moisture exposure, environmental extremes, or natural wear and tear.

Wood’s unique grain, color, and texture variations are natural and celebrated as part of the charm—they’re not considered defects.
