Welcome, dear adventurer! You've found your way to the heart of The Forest Goblin’s enchanted woodshop. Before we embark on crafting your custom woodworking treasures or before you choose a ready-made magical piece from our collection, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the enchanted rules of our forest.

🪵 Custom Orders

🌿 Ordering Process:

  1.  Initiation: Begin by sharing your vision through our Custom Order Form.
  2.  Goblin Consultation: Within 1-2 business days, I'll personally reach out to you to discuss the enchanting details.
  3.  Magic Agreement: A formal quotation and enchanted agreement outlining your project specifics, pricing, timeline, and payment terms will be provided.

🧾 Payment Terms:

  • Orders under $750: Full upfront payment required upon agreement.
  • Orders $750 and above: 50% deposit at signing, with the remaining balance due upon project completion, prior to delivery or pickup.

NOTE: Items that are for sale on theforestgoblin.com, and not custom order, are not eligible to the split payment terms outlined above, and are due at checkout. Payments can be made via major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or Venmo.

🔮 Cancellation & Refunds:

  • All custom orders are lovingly handcrafted uniquely for you, making them final upon contract signing. No refunds are available after signing.

🍄 Alterations:

  • Small adjustments, if requested, may be possible at the Goblin’s discretion during production, potentially incurring additional costs. Significant changes may require adjustments to your quote and timeline.

🌳 Timeline & Delivery:

  • You'll receive estimated timelines at the outset. While goblin magic keeps things running smoothly, unforeseen circumstances occasionally pop up—we’ll always communicate clearly should delays arise.


🛒 Website Orders (Non-custom):

🛍️ Purchasing:

  • Add items to your enchanted cart and follow the easy checkout process. Full payment is due at the time of purchase.

📦 Shipping & Delivery:

  • Items typically ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated. You'll receive tracking details upon shipment.


🍂 Goblin Warranty:

  • All handcrafted items from The Forest Goblin come enchanted with a 3-year guarantee from the date of purchase, covering structural integrity and workmanship under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental harm, moisture exposure, environmental extremes, or natural wear and tear.

Wood’s unique grain, color, and texture variations are natural and celebrated as part of the charm—they’re not considered defects.

  • Your personal information remains safely locked away in our enchanted vaults and will never be shared.
